These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and KaisarJP ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at kaisarjp.cam ("Platform"). These Terms apply to all services offered through the Platform, including but not limited to live casino, sports betting, slot games, crash games, fishing games, and all promotional activities.

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms in full. • "Account" — a registered user account created by a Player on the KaisarJP Platform, granting access to all gaming and betting services.
• "Balance" — the total funds (in Malaysian Ringgit, MYR) held within a Player's Account at any given time, comprising deposited funds and any accrued winnings.
• "Bonus Funds" — promotional credits awarded to a Player's Account that are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable cash.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer, the identity verification process required by the Company to confirm a Player's identity, age, and source of funds.
• "Platform" — the KaisarJP website accessible at kaisarjp.cam, including all associated mobile applications, sub-domains, and APIs.
• "Wagering Requirement" — a multiplier applied to Bonus Funds that dictates the total amount a Player must stake before Bonus Funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Wager" / "Bet" — a monetary stake placed by a Player on any game outcome or sporting event available on the Platform.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" — any territory from which access to, or use of, the Platform is restricted or forbidden under these Terms or applicable law.

To register and maintain an Account on KaisarJP, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

1. You are at least 21 years of age. KaisarJP strictly enforces the minimum age requirement of 21 years. Underage gambling is illegal and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any funds held.
2. You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming and sports betting is not prohibited by applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
3. You are registering and playing as an individual acting in your own personal capacity and not on behalf of any other person, corporation, or syndicate.
4. You are not a current employee, director, officer, agent, or contractor of KaisarJP, or any affiliate, subsidiary, or business partner thereof, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
5. You have not previously been self-excluded from KaisarJP or had an Account terminated for breach of these Terms.
6. You have not been diagnosed with, or identified as having, a gambling disorder by a medical professional, nor are you currently subject to any self-exclusion arrangement administered by a third-party responsible gambling organisation.

Each eligible individual may register one (1) Account only. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You agree to update this information promptly should it change. KaisarJP accepts no liability for losses arising from the provision of inaccurate registration data.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. All activity conducted through your Account while your credentials are in use — whether authorised by you or not — is your sole responsibility. If you believe your Account has been compromised, you must notify KaisarJP support immediately at [email protected].

KaisarJP supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Malaysian players: DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and cryptocurrency transfers (BTC and USDT). All Account balances are held and transacted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified.

The minimum deposit amount is RM50 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotional offer. Deposits are generally processed and credited to your Account within minutes of receipt, subject to the processing times of the relevant payment provider.

Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to KYC verification and compliance checks. KaisarJP targets withdrawal processing within five (5) minutes for verified accounts, though the Company reserves the right to extend this period where additional security checks are required.

• Withdrawal requests may be delayed or suspended pending identity verification, bonus wagering completion, or fraud investigation.
• KaisarJP does not charge processing fees on standard withdrawals. However, third-party payment providers may apply their own transaction fees, for which KaisarJP accepts no liability.
• Funds deposited but not wagered may be subject to a withdrawal processing review at the Company's discretion.
• KaisarJP reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify the source of funds for any deposit or withdrawal transaction.

KaisarJP offers various promotional bonuses to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, referral rewards, VIP loyalty benefits, and time-limited seasonal promotions. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published on the relevant promotion page. In the event of a conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.

General bonus conditions applicable across all KaisarJP promotions include:

• All bonus offers are available to players aged 21 and above who have completed the minimum required deposit threshold for the applicable promotion.
• Bonus Funds are subject to the wagering requirement specified in the relevant promotion. No withdrawal of Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds will be permitted until the full wagering requirement has been satisfied.
• KaisarJP reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or modify any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that doing so does not adversely affect bonus funds that have already been credited to a Player's Account.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse — including, but not limited to, multi-accounting, coordinated wagering, or exploitation of system errors — will result in immediate forfeiture of all Bonus Funds and may result in permanent Account termination.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new players upon their first qualifying deposit only. Players who have previously held an Account under any name, email address, device, or IP address are not eligible.

All bets placed on the KaisarJP Platform are subject to the following general betting rules, in addition to the game-specific and sport-specific rules published within each relevant section of the Platform.

• A bet is considered valid and binding once confirmed by the Platform and assigned a unique bet reference number. Players are responsible for verifying their bet details prior to confirmation.
• KaisarJP reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where incorrect odds were published due to a manifest error. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the Player's Account.
• In the event of a technical failure affecting the delivery or recording of a bet, KaisarJP will take all reasonable steps to resolve the dispute fairly. The Company's records shall be the primary reference in any dispute.
• KaisarJP reserves the right to impose maximum bet limits, maximum winnings limits, and minimum bet limits on any game or market at its absolute discretion. Such limits will be displayed within the relevant game or market interface.
• All live casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or live physical equipment operated in licensed studios. The results are final and binding.
• For sports betting, all results are determined by the official governing body for the relevant sport or competition. KaisarJP follows the rulings of bodies such as those governing the EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UFC, and other featured competitions.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the KaisarJP Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of funds, and, where applicable, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.

• Registering more than one Account, whether directly or through an intermediary.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or during KYC.
• Using any software, algorithm, bot, or automated system to interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting errors, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities in the Platform's software or odds feeds.
• Colluding with other players, whether in live casino games or sports betting markets.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring, or any other financial crime through the Platform.
• Allowing any other person to access or operate your Account.
• Reproducing, copying, distributing, or commercially exploiting any content from the Platform without express written consent from KaisarJP.
• Engaging in conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward KaisarJP staff or other players.

All content available on the KaisarJP Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio and video clips, data compilations, and software — is the property of KaisarJP or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

KaisarJP grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, redistribute, sell, create derivative works from, or otherwise commercially exploit any content from the Platform.

Any unauthorised use of the Platform's intellectual property constitutes a breach of these Terms and may give rise to claims for damages or injunctive relief. The KaisarJP name, logo, and all associated marks are proprietary identifiers of the Company and may not be used without prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, KaisarJP, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities.
• Losses arising from interruptions in Platform availability due to technical failures, scheduled maintenance, or circumstances beyond the Company's reasonable control.
• Losses resulting from a Player's reliance on any information, odds, or content published on the Platform that contains inaccuracies.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to or use of a Player's Account where the Player failed to maintain adequate password security.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit KaisarJP's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

KaisarJP reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, collusive, or criminal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe.
• A Player's self-exclusion request or a referral from a recognised responsible gambling body.
• Reasonable suspicion that a Player does not meet the minimum age eligibility requirement of 21 years.
• Regulatory requirements or legal obligations of the Company.

Upon termination, any real-money balance remaining in the Account (after deduction of any Bonus Funds and winnings derived from Bonus Funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirement) will be returned to the Player via the original deposit method, subject to the completion of any outstanding security or identity verification checks.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting KaisarJP support at [email protected]. Voluntary account closure does not release a Player from any outstanding obligations under these Terms.

KaisarJP is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all players. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment and should never be viewed as a source of income or a means of resolving financial difficulties.

KaisarJP provides the following responsible gambling tools to all registered players. These tools are accessible within your Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the total amount you can deposit.
• Loss Limits: Set limits on the total amount you can lose within a specified period.
• Session Time Limits: Receive automatic session reminders and set time limits on continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests take effect within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for the elected period.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Request a short cooling-off period during which you will be unable to log in or place bets.

Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably shall be referred to arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction as determined by KaisarJP's operational jurisdiction.

By using the Platform, you agree that any legal action or proceedings arising out of or related to these Terms shall be conducted in the English language. The English-language version of these Terms shall be the authoritative version in the event of any conflict with a translated version.

KaisarJP reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments will become effective upon publication on the Platform. Where material changes are made, KaisarJP will take reasonable steps to notify affected players, which may include a notice on the Platform homepage or direct communication to the registered email address on file.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request voluntary account closure as described in Clause 11.
